Wireless World was a huge success at this year's Peacock Brothers and Intermec stand for Alpha Warehouse Solutions' new Baoli 1.5 ton forklift and the viewing of the forklift of the future.

The show brought in a great deal of interest for the new technology available on the market today from the new Intermec CV30 on board computer and will certainly change the future in warehousing operations.

The new Intermec RFID readers that are attached to the Cascade backrest are designed to make life easy for the forklift operator and become more efficient in operation while reducing the safety hazards that can cause accidents. The use of the new RFID readers will alleviate the need for the forklift operator to leave the forklift to check orders and verify barcodes, sku's and prepare stock counts and manifests.

All information is transferred in a flash between the forklift operator and the Warehousing office and it can even alert operators of any discrepancies or tell the forklift operator where to go, what to pick, where from, what is it, how many and deliver the pallet to the correct loading dock and place on the right truck.

The new system is ready for debut at this year Matex in Melbourne May 22-25 at the Exhibition Hall on Alpha Warehouse Solutions stand #101, where Peacock Brothers will again join them this year to present several new products of interest.

Intermec and Cascade are also joining forces to present never before seen technology in Australia for the Warehousing industry.

Alpha will be presenting several Baoli forklifts and pallet racking options including Cantilever and drive in racking and a complete range of safety supplies.

The new range of material handling including workbenches and tailor made mechanics tool cabinets and many other items of interest will also be shown.

Safety audits and traffic management programs are some of the details Alpha provides to service its customers and are an important addition to one’s warehouse management schedule.

Alpha will be having a team of experts available to give visitors the information they require to maintain and educate on how to remain safe in their working warehouse.
